Bring Your Sister

i figured i'd go on ahead and save some of these old rants from the myspace where i once hung them out to dry with all the kids and the bands and the pedophiles. i'm not so sure that any of this is entirely uplifting or in any way positive, but upon reading them, i still get a laugh or two. hope you do as well. i'll start posting again here. school's starting up and my mind's beginning to sputter back to life. the beginnings of the tip of my sunken ship full of coughing and sputtering vocabulary is just visibly breaking the surface of a lazy sea that i've been drifting about this summer waiting for this God forsaken heat to go on back home to hell.
Anyway, a lot going on lately, if you're interested. good things happening for who knows why. i hope all is well with you, whoever you are. thanks for taking the time to peruse this collection of antiquated banter. there's some old poetry, some old BackhouseSecrets stuff from that time. We'll do it again soon. Thanks for coming out if you did. My nose is still running. There's also to be some early drafts of my new found film habit which is becoming intervention worthy.
I'm presently attending Flagler college. Fine Art major. They weren't offering a Pretty Good Looking Art major.  I would have settled for that. Aim high. BIG WINNER. i needed the discipline. It's good for me to have structure, I have decided. I'm not much good unless there's some terrible alternative to accomplishment, which is probably why there is a hell. Otherwise some of us would probably just dick around all the time waiting for Jesus to come back. Oh, wait a minute, that's what most everyone's doing that hasn't settled for Obama. Well, i've been thinking about that a lot. I've actually been thinking and rethinking a lot about some of my preconceived notions lately and am looking forward to dumping some of my half developed fodder here eventually. Hope you'll stick around and come on back and check in from time to time. Think of me as Buddy Ebsen, only without all the money. And Bring Your Sister. I promise to make it entertaining and enlightening in an un-Glen Beck sort of way. This is how it's done. enjoy.
